One significant drawback is the equity trailing drawdown applied to the first $2,000 in profits for the $50k accounts. This condition is not very clear in the contracts and can be frustrating for traders, especially when purchasing the evaluation.The trailing drawdown is particularly troublesome, as it’s a highly predatory feature that penalizes traders even when they are making profits. This setup can be demoralizing and difficult to navigate, especially for those trying to scale their accounts.While the firm may offer certain benefits, such as strong funding options or reliable support, the lack of transparency regarding the trailing drawdown are a big minus for me.Support is quick, fast payouts.

    Es increíble que esta plataforma no deje poner el TP y el SL en las operaciones abiertas en TradingView. He contactado con soporte y me dicen que es porque hay veces que no respetan los SL/TP y prefieren que los traders no lo usen! Pero como no vamos a usar SL y TP?? En fin… Dinero tirado a la basura. Empresa nada profesional. He pedido el reembolso pero no me lo han querido dar.

    Received a payout. I was skeptical of the place and wanted to test it to see if I could really get a payout. So many so-called firms that are fly by nights in the last years, it’s hard to trust.Only problem is no news trading. Wait for days for the market to move and then you can’t trade when it makes that first move. Got psyched out as in 1 minute the ES hit the top of the range. Best to trade news.

    Quick Response. Fastest and Easiest costumer service I’ve had in comparison to dealing with pretty much any company. Not just prop firms. If they could raise there 50k account up to $1500, this would be the most perfect prop firm in existence. But I still Highly recommend them.

    Customer service person was rude to me when I asked if I can pay extra money to their company to get some of my accounts reinstated on a dumb rule that no other prop firms use but them. I had over $17k in profits in each of 5 accounts and they told me I can’t access any of it because I lost $2200 per account in one day. It’s absolutely bogus and even when I offered to pay for the losses out of my own pocket they said I have to start over.Then they refused me the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. Tell me, how does it make sense for a company to deny getting $12k paid to them in real money so instead they can get $5k in real money from account reinstatement fees?nonsensical, but hey if they want to lose more money rather than keep them from good, disciplined traders like myself then fine by me.Apex has been much better service for me so far in terms of receiving actual money earned.

    Well, I will be honest here for all to read. I tried Topstep and Take Profit Trader. Topstep has is less expensive start…Yet no real person to message, only worthless bots. TPT has real support from a real person and quick response. Luis so far is the best I have received help from. I rather pay a bit more and have good support. I must point out,,,With Topstep, even after you graduate to a combine, they limit you to like 2 to 4 micro lol, with TPT, they allow you to win or blow your account for true self management. I will be trading with Take profit trader…Oh, you also can take profit on day 1 as long as you are above buffer zone.

    Fernando was very rude during our chat he behaved as if he was in a rush I had another question he answered then immediately ended the chat. Let’s keep in mind the reason you have a job is because people purchase accounts if everyone decides to stop using TPT you would no longer be employed. Good customer service goes a long way I was going to reinstate my account but he definitely caused me to change my mind. And I’ve purchased several accounts in the pass. ..the only reason I’m updating my review is because of Kate very friendly polite and explained everything in detail.
