    Let me state for the record… I am a trading industry professional with over forty-years of experience. The level of professionalism and integrity the entire TPT Team exhibits is outstanding. I had issue whereby I inadvertently reset an evaluation account that was on the cusp of qualifying. After contacting support and disclosed MY mistake, TPT Management reinstated the cancelled evaluation account intact with the current balance. In addition, they refunded me the reset fee!Take Profit Trader (TPT) is by far the very best I have worked with for my and my students funding needs.Thank you to the entire TPT Team!

    I find your after hour support is superb and I really like it. But there is one thing that bothers me in regard to your policy of not able to change the personal information through personal editing. I personally want to change my address, but the support staff said that information is verified and can not be changed. That is the most absurd as I know myself better than you. How do you verify my information. I change my address, and it is my right to inform you of the change. But I can not as the information provided on registration is written in stone. You never will be able to change once you register. That is the most frustrating experience with your firm. Why can I not change my personal address as I have moved from the previous address to the present new address, but I can not change it. You have no reason to justify your action. I feel that you have to change your policy allowing customers to edit their personal information. All banking institution and legal entity allow you to do that, except that you are the only company in the world who do not allow the clients to change the personal info on file. Purely garbage. Please remind your management of my post. Thank you.

    I have used cash accounts and other prop firms yet for my style of trading nothing is better than take profit trader. I say this due to the same day payout being the primary highlight of this firm along with a very active and friendly customer service. Your questions are mostly answered on the FAQ’s and I personally have never waited more than an hour for a response.
