    Customer service is number one. This time Bernardo was quick to help along with management. I must say, also Polina gave me help through this. I just wish the PRO account reset fee wasn’t so expensive. I made it to the PRO account BUT never got a payout. I lost my PRO Account and I’m still trying again. Customer service is GREAT and I do recommend Take Profit Trader.

    Hello fellow Pilots,Quite recently I decided to explore Take Profit Trader on the advice from a good friend. Apex Trader Funding who is probably the biggest isn’t necessarily the best option for the Trader/Client. ALL of these Prop Firms have rules, no different than any other business. Take Profit’s business model is highly attractive for someone looking to pursue a futures trading career. Their biggest and brightest light, is how they handle payouts. If you make $4k on a Tuesday, you can absolutely withdraw those funds without any restrictions and have it in your account within minutes.(The same day in most cases) Most other firms have Payout dates and schedules which run every 2 weeks, no need to wait you are your own Banker…withdraw the profits as you see fit!I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Klein, Aleksandra and Jekaterina. They are extremely polite, prompt and happy to resolve your issue(s) at the first possible opportunity. They have ALOT of content on their site, but sometimes the FAQ’s don’t answer your query directly.I guess the one thing that might be a tad bit annoying is that most of us can pass an Eval in 1 or 2 days, and certainly do NOT need 5 days. I can understand they wanna see some consistency here, but….The futures Prop Firm space is starting to get crowded, but even with all the extra names and noise I’d look no further than Take Profit.Hopefully this helps at least 1 person in their journey, there are alot of choices out there. From simple rules to no hassle expedited payouts, these guys win every time. This is based on my own experiences obviously, but I highly recommend them.Happy Canada Day and 4th of July!

    Overall my biggest complaint is that your dashboard doesn’t update until 8PM est so as you are trading throughout the day you have to keep track of your progress throughout the day with profits and losses. In my case my dash board didn’t update overnight and the next day read the same as I went into draw down my account was breached but I had not hit the limit posted on my dashboard. They said it didn’t update but also told me I would have to buy another account I will not be using this platform again I need something reliable that will keep up with my trading as the day goes on.

    For those of you that are embarking into Futures Trading and looking for a Prop Firm to fund your journey, I would highly recommend TPT (Take Profit Trader). What you need to realize here, end of the day all of these Prop firms are businesses that need to generate revenue. The space has become quite competitive, but TPT has remained true to the core of their values which is giving their traders the option to withdraw funds on a daily basis. All of these firms have “Rules” so be sure to read these and make sure that you REALLY understand them. For me TPT and Top Step are sitting at the Top of the crowd, Top Step and TPT have very few “rules”. What also sets them apart from the rest of the crowd is their transparency and communication. TPT is very transparent that until you move to a Pro+ Account you are trading on a SIM and not live to the Market. They also go into detail on how you are paid, the system in which they pay their traders. The system is called Plaid(Google it), Visa recently tried purchasing them for $5.3 Billion. Long story short, Plaid does NOT do business with shady back door companies.From a Communication Point of View, TPT has a live chat function on their website which I highly encourage you to use. I had the recent pleasure of dealing with Jekaternia, she went far and beyond the call of duty and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Once you are connected to someone on the chat, I would encourage you to ask the current representative to transfer you to Jekaterina.Futures trading is not an easy gig by any stretch of the imagination, and knowing one rule about TPT is do NOT hit the $3300 Maximum Daily Loss or else your Account will be nuked. If this happens, you will need to purchase an Account Reset which is available to you in both the evaluation stage($100) and in Pro(TBD). This can easily be misunderstood as they have a DLL(Daily Loss Limit) $3300 and MLL(Max Loss Limit) of $4500. You can hit -$3295 and be okay, you hit -$3300 and your account will be terminated. This in itself will quickly teach you how to manage your risk parameters.The other rule that if broken will send your account up in smoke is having an open position at 5pm EST when the Futures markets closes, so make sure your account is flat a few minutes prior to 5pm to avoid any unnecessary surprises. You can then open up a new position(s) at 6pm when Globex starts.In closing, if you have the aptitude and resilience of becoming a consistent and profitable Futures Trader TPT will pay you fairly and promptly. Once your payment is initiated in the Plaid system, it is practically instantaneously credited to your Bank Account.

    Whoever said that Take Profit customer service is top tier, I can say right now that I’m dealing with a “person” who keeps giving me the same cookie cutter response no matter what I email back. I’m having a Tradovate issue that is clearly THEIR fault because their login credentials that they gave me no longer work. Cookie cutter responses 4 times telling me to contact Tradovate directly. What did Tradovate say when I contacted them directly? To contact Take Profit Trader directly. I’m going in a circle over an account I just paid for. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Started a new account with TPT and I was very happy at first. . During setup, Klein at the helpdesk got me connected during evening hours. Its rare to talk to a human after market hours so I was pleasently surprised. I also love the short evaluation time of 5 days and one time fee. But I didn’t realize how little drawdown you actually get for your money. Though they state $1500 drawdown on the 25k account, it’s realy only $500 if you hit it in one day. So you can make $1499 in profits but then still lose your account because of a $500 bad day. Hardly sounds like a good deal especially when other prop firms simply cease your trading for the day if you hit a daily drawdown and you still have access to the $1500 drawdown (minus the $500 loss) which you paid for and you can start recovery mode the next day. Unfortunately, this lowers my opinion of TPT a lot. If they change that one rule, they’re really tough to beat.

    One of the best Futures Prop trading firms out there. Fast Payout, quick response time from REAL people. Once you make profits above your buffer zone you can get paid out the next day. I personally think this prop firm helps you become a more skilled and disciplined trader. I wish them long success and would recommend them to anybody looking to further their career in this space. Very straight to the point and easy to work with. That’s what you need to become successful.

    I used to rave about this company in chat groups, social media platforms, I would even recommend them on the Apex site’s, not anymore. The customer service has not been up to par the last 2 times I’ve had to use them. Tradovate issues as always. TPT says call Tradovate, Tradovate says call TPT, neither take responsibility and it’s always the traders fault. Tradvoate has so much lag, that it has breached my $1100 DLL on 2 separate accounts now. I have even shown proof to support. The first time was last month after going rounds with support, I gave up, reset the account hoping this would be a non issue in the future. Nope, happened again today. Of course I know the $1100 rule which is horrible by the way. Closed order, but Tradovate didn’t process it till after a 3 second lag causing it to breach the $1100 by $20! Just $20!!! I hope that $20 spot was worth loosing a customer. No help, no refund. I’ll take my reset money over Top Step unless TPT wants to stand up, admit the platforms are garbage, and reset my account. We’ll see.Response to TPT’s response:You obviously did not read this review. Did you overlook the part where I said I provided proof to your support team? Quit blaming the platform. It’s just as much your fault as there’s! You’re selling their product on YOUR site!! Nobody wants to read this cookie cutter response.

    Although I have not taken a pay out just yet and still going through the test. The customer support (Klein is the one I most recently spoken to) is always available around the clock and fast to respond. I love that they will waive their activation fees when the promotions come around. Big game changer. They are very competitive with TopStep. Both have their pros and cons. Just comes down to preference.

Permitiram que eu resetasse e operasse sem me contatarem previamente e jogaram a responsabilidade para mim, afirmando que eu deveria ter excluído a conta e iniciado uma nova, ao invés de fazer o reset. Dessa forma, embolsaram meu dinheiro desnecessariamente.A atendente Christian não tentou oferecer nenhuma solução ou possibilidades. Quando alguém reseta a conta, TPT, isso deve significar começar do zero, não podem excluir a conta de uma pessoa que fez o reset com duração de horas ou mesmo um dia, pois as assinaturas são de 30 dias.Solicito a devolução da minha conta ou dos meus $100, pois isso não é justo.

    Es una gran empresa por las facilidades de pago que ofrecen, sin duda, no tiene competencia en ese aspecto. Son claros y transparentes. Un trader hace su trabajo y quiere que le paguen y no que le pongan objeciones a la hora de cobrar su remuneración, con nuevas reglas sin sentido o con días mínimos de negociación. Solicitas el pago, cualquier día de la semana y tienes el dinero en tu cuenta el mismo día, eso no lo hace ninguna otra empresa de fondeo hoy en día. También con la oferta, si pasas la prueba a la primera, resulta ser la empresa más económica. A día de hoy, no cambio a Take Profit Trader, por ninguna otra empresa de fondeo. Son los mejores, esperemos que no cambien nunca y sigan así por muchos años.

    I will recommend Take Profit Trader as first option to get funded ans get a quick payout. I just hit my first payout. Super quick and process is fluent. Costumer service is on point. I know that other people we choose Top step or Apex because the large daily loss. But believe me is better to setup ur daily loss stop for the day and try the next day. I’ve blown some many funded accounts that i lost my count. I will stay solid with Take Profit Trader until I encounter any issues, ans of course i will come back and update this review.     I purchased two $150,000 accounts and got funded on both in 5 days. The trading experience itself was outstanding and the rules were fair and transparent. I like the company’s tools (the Control Center) for viewing and managing account and the funding process was very quick and easy (completed the morning after qualifying prior to opening of market). The only negative I had was very slow/long response times from the customer service chat with a question I had. They ultimately replied & resolved the matter but I was on chat for more than 40 minutes with no reply after initiating a conversation. Looking forward to experiencing the payout process next, which seems to be a major selling point of Take Profit Trader. Overall, my experience has been good thus far.
