    I’ve never had so much trouble trying to do business with a company. Customer service is slow. I registered earlier in the week and never received the confirmation email. I chatted and my case was escalated. I received an email from customer service to look in my span folder. Which I had already done and did it again. Nothing. I was then told yesterday to re-register with a different email. Same thing nothing received. I went to chat and they are escalating again. I also emailed customer service. All this makes me feel uncomfortable and I am questing what kind of firm they are. if its this much trouble registering what kind of issues would there be when you want a payout.

    Please avoid! What they don’t tell you, if you fail the account they will continue to charge you $80. Then they offered me 25% of the $80 i paid as i haven’t used the account. That’s a money making scheme if I’ve ever seen one! There are better prop firms out there. Very unhappy customer! I will say the guy i spoke to vie the chat (John) was friendly and couldn’t apologise enough..

    I’ve never done a prop account before, so I started with Take Profit Trader for several reasons. First, they pay out any day you ask, not every two weeks like most of them do. Second, their rules are easier for me to understand, as I tend to get overwhelmed with too many rules. Third, their customer service has been great, answering all my questions promptly via chat. Finally, they only have a five-day minimum, which is less than the seven-day minimums of other firms. Although I’m not on a positive streak and I’ve accomplished the combine and made all this money. No. I got booted off but I’m going to keep going with these guys because they have the best rules and service, in my opinion.

    I registered for a 50K but validated this step before the promo code had time to be applied (be careful, you have to wait for it to be validated…).I contacted support and was greeted by KIein, who directly offered to apply the promo code to my purchase AND refund me the excess. Which he did immediately after receiving my agreement.Everything went fast!Thank you for solving this problem so efficiently

    So far so good with this company!! They have great customer service, always readily available to assist in anyway possible I had an issue with an overcharge due to a glitch on my end and they refunded my over charge without hesitation I am still in the process of passing / withdrawing but I have no doubt that will also be a smooth process! Thank you take profit trader – you may just be changing the game for us !! Having access to this type of capital with a trustworthy company is life changing

    The loss limit is less than they advertise, its not based on your PNL due to them charging a high commission of 5 dollars on each entry, so no matter what your in automatic drawdown.

Contacted them about adjusting and fixing my PNL shows them proof from my platform and from talking to ninja trader. Been almost 2 days of missed trading Due to their lack of urgency in care of a military veteran trader.

    Hello, everyone. Here’s my update and my review. I just passed another test account and this time it’s the 150k account. I did have a small problem in billing that was addressed immediately by Ryan who is very kind and to the point.I haven’t received a payout yet, but I’m sure it will happen soon as they lose their scent on me and hunt someone else 🙃We pay Take Profit Trader to provide us the most realistic trading environment, including all the predatory nature of the live lit markets.
