    I had a real time data issue delay with NinjaTrader and opened a ticket with John. He responded super quick and the issue was resolved in less than 5min! This was also at 10:30pm (PST). I have traded with about three other prop firms prior to finding this one and you would never find this level of service this quick with others, no way! Thank you so much!

    Take Profit Traders, have one of the most amazing customer support team, I have ever encounter. One of their team member Christian, super helpful, understood my issues, guided me and resolve it. Their customer support team is just awesome everyone in their team all of them, I m been using take profit traders for some time now, and not even a single time I had a bad experience with their customer support team.

    I have accounts with a few different prop firms, and some of them have absolutely terrible customer service. Take Profit Trader, on the other hand, has an exemplary team to assist its customers with any issues. Mine was handled quickly, and even though the issue was my fault, TPT took care of it. This is the sort of thing that promotes a long-term partnership in my opinion.

    Excellent prop firm! My evaluation accounts renewed today but they did not reset on Rithmic so therefore was unable to trade. I reached out to the support team via Live chat & was answered by Christine who rectified the issue within 5 minutes. Thank you to the team at Take Profit Trader & more importantly to Christine for her promptness & professionalism in getting my accounts up and running.

    Got my payout in 4 hours from request till in my bank account. INSANE FAST PAYOUT. Take profit trader team take a BOW. Not only they have best payout policy but they are insanely fast in giving your hard earned money. Best prop firm which works in favour of traders. I wish a very long term relationship and become a PRO+ trader with them.

    Excellent customer service. Christine knocked it out of the park. I think what sets you guys apart is the 24/5 customer support. To be honest, I had trouble sleeping because I wasn’t sure about specific topic within TPT, but I realized that my concerned would be addressed as soon as I get on the chat. So without missing a bit, I got on the chat and customer service rep Christine was very professional and answered all my questions. Please keep your 24/5 support, its definitely a game changer

    Yesterday I bought a $150k evaluation yesterday and forgot to apply the 40% off + no activation fee coupon.1 minute after paying (I already saw the transaction in my credit card app), I messaged the support if there was a way to apply that coupon retroactively.Within a minute I was talking to Christine and she didn’t even hesitate to refund the money I paid extra and made a note to waive the activation fee once I get to that.With the coupon the account only costs $216 instead of $490. So quite a big difference.I’ve made a bunch of bad experiences with prop firms where I wasn’t at fault (especially The Funded Trader) and would have never expected that. I hoped to maaaybe get a discount for the next evaluation I buy because I made a dumb mistake and they had no reason to grant me that refund aside from being truly customer-focused.I’ve never had such a fantastic customer service experience. What a breath of fresh air in such a scummy industry.I’ll definitely buy more accounts from them.

    I really like day one payouts, the sale going on right now for no activation fee is the best as it takes away from the already existing stress of moving to sim funded. Their customer support is great and very fast, I talked with Ryan.V and he was very helpfull and had hasty detailed responses to my questions. If you are a good trader, and are able to work around their initial rules, once you get to the buffer in a pro+ account, it is totally worth it.

    Angel nailed all my questions!I had questions about the complexities of the intraday system, and she explained to me how it only matters up to the point of reaching a buffer amount equal to the starting balance. She also explained they are only looking for 1 minute total accumulation of holds on all positions to count as a trading day, which is a huge plus over other firms that want me to hold 15 seconds minimum or 5 points minimum. I will definitely be using this firm!

    Passing the Evaluation was pleasant. After hitting 10,000 on the PRO account, they automatically liquidated my account and closed all positions… Also the TRAILING should be EOD not while trading. These rules and scams are trying to take you for your money for the $1500.00 resets….
