    Take Profit Trader customer’s service is the best!!! They are available 24/7 and less than 3 minutes wait time on live chat. Unlike the other prop firms out there, you have to wait for an email response. I’m so glad that I found and trading at Take Profit Trader! Shout out to Christine, Karina, Lucas, Fernando, Kate and Bernardo who were very professional and extremely helpful! I high recommend Take Profit Trader, the test was challenging but doable. Just be consistent and do not over trade!

    TPT has really responsive customer service. I contacted John (TPT) regarding the use of my spouse credit card accidently for the opening of TPT account and John confirmed that if my wife doesn’t have any issue in using the credit card than TPT have no issue. Thanks TPT and John for the confirmation and quick response.

    Estou usando a takeprofit há poucos dias. Experiência razoável. Em relação ao suporte para pagamentos, foi uma experiência horrível! O suporte não é Brasil português, eles não entendem o que falamos direito, que dificulta e muito atender e nos explicar aos questionamentos. Eles só têm as formas de pagamento via wise, paypal e demais contas dos EUA. Tive problema para receber pagamentos pela wise, nomad e outros bancos, pois não dão suporte em tempo real, os meios de pagamentos são confusos e não aceitaram pagar meus ganhos via wise. Minha única opção foi utilizar o mais ineficiente que tive: paypal. Com a paypal, foram mais de 700 R$ de taxa e retenção de pagamento por mais de 5 dias para para receber. Enfim, demorei mais de 7 dias para receber meus primeiros recursos, e o suporte não me ajudou em nada. Espero vir aqui depois corrigir e melhorar minha avaliação!!!!

    Don’t trust this guys, are scammers, I just got robbed my money, 3 days ago I bought a 150K account, when I connected to my dashboard, the credentials aren’t showing, after 24h waiting I got a response from a weak support, that they had a bug and I will get refunded in 3 days, now 3 days are finished and still not got my refunded 220 dollars, they will scam you, and I will not stay on this.

    Your customer service is not helpful, they use a bot to answer questions which are not appropriate answers and keep saying the same thing over and over. Your rules are stupid and you should call the daily loss limit the max loss limit since that’s what it is.

    Truly amazing prop firm. Customer service actually cares about the customers. They take their time to help you out regardless of what you need. The rules are pretty simple to get payouts, and don’t see any games being played to try to steal money from the clients. This is a long term prop firm and trusted by soo many, and for so many good reasons.

After numerous attempts to resolve this with their customer service, my case remained unresolved, and my funds were not returned. I’ve reported Take Profit Trader as a fraudulent company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and the Florida Division of Consumer Services.For anyone considering this platform, here’s what I recommend based on my experience:Document Everything: Save every email, chat, and any promises made. This record is essential if you need to file complaints later.Get Promises in Writing: Ensure all commitments are clearly written. If they promise a balance reset or account support, get it documented.Report to Regulatory Authorities: If your funds are not returned, report the company.     I honestly think TPT is the best Prop firm for Futures trading.Reasonable profit target to pass the Evaluation/Test account with clearly established limits and a simple consistency rule.Sensible Payout policy with a buffer limit to withdraw ONLY in PRO account while no such limits in PRO+ Live account.Also, NO bullshit consistency rules in PRO or PRO+ Live accounts like many other popular Prop firms, which is a deal breaker for many traders that are actually looking to get funded by a Prop firm!Really quick withdrawals, usually within 24 hours and sometimes within a few hours from a PRO account. However, currently the withdrawals from PRO+ Live accounts almost take 2 days as they depend on Tradovate to first withdraw funds from Live accounts and then transfer to TPT wallet. This process could be improved by working out a better system with Tradovate for faster withdrawals from PRO+ Live accounts.Overall, I personally feel the biggest drawback is Live trailing drawdown on unrealized gains in PRO & PRO+ Live accounts until you surpass the max threshold limit which sometimes is very tricky and frustrating, but they are transparent and upfront about this rule…Otherwise, as mentioned earlier, TPT is the BEST in all other aspects including the most important thing, their friendly and highly responsive Customer Service! 👍🏼

    The trailing draw down makes it very hard to pass the eval. It’s not an exaggeration to say it is designed for people to fail. If you hit daily loss limit, you will immediately fail the eval; unlike My Funded Futures, where if you reach the daily loss limit, they will simply stop your trade for the day (if you haven’t reached the maximum loss). Your win rate should better be over 80% if you want to use Take Profit Trader. Besides that, the money withdrawal process is super quick.

    I unfortunately had a subscription renew after forgetting to cancel it. This is the first time it’s happened to me. Unfortunately, unlike every other firm, they didn’t provide a one-time refund even as I’ve been a loyal supporter for months. I will no longer purchase accounts here moving forward and will do business with prop firms that take care of their customers that invested +$1k into them already.

    Support chat is great, pay structure is great. But here’s the problem.Take Profit Trader offers Rithmic as a data provider, and you have to choose either Rithmic or CQG when you sign up. However, once you discover that Rithmic is terrible (data feeds slow to a crawl with high market volumes, orders executed sporadically or incorrectly, etc) there is no way to switch your TPT account to CQG or Tradovate. You have to abandon your current account, eat the fees (no refunds!) and pay for a new one.TPT consistently refuses to acknowledge let alone compensate for any Rithmic issues, saying “if Rithmic confirms the issues, we will reinstate your losses.” And since Rithmic NEVER responds to support requests, good luck with that!For a company trying to stand out on the customer service side of things, these issues are a glaring red flag.

    Good morning y’all, if you are looking for a propfirm for futures trading, don’t look anywhere else, ignore all the negatives reviews as most of them they don’t even respect the rules when they sign up. TPT is the real deal. They mind their own business, not involved in any drama, I asked my payout yesterday for the first time, 3,418$, this morning, it hit my account. Not even 24h. They pay, fast and on time. they don’t change the their rules every week like some other prop firms I won’t name but we know DAMN well who they are. Yes, their evals are not the lowest, but what matter the most, is getting paid. We want payout, and they deliver. Thanks !

    I’ve tried many funding companies and been victim to a couple of scam ones. Most of the others have hidden and silly rules to make life as difficult as possible for the trader. Take Profit Trader continually appears at the top of the ‘best prop firm’ lists and there is a reason for that. No nonsense and no BS and no idiot CEO abusing trader’s questioning payouts. In fact there are interviews on YouTube with the CEO of Take Profit and he is a straight forward no BS kinda of guy. He even suggested the must successful traders on his platform buy the 350K account and trade small lot sizes and that the majority of successful traders only take 1 to 2 trades a day. Don’t be fooled by the apparent advantages of the Direct to Live accounts of other companies because they are no easier and have many extra rules to contend with.Today I purchased a new Eval with Take Profit Trader and ommited to apply the 40% discount code. Within seconds of writing to the customer support portal they replied and offered to refund me the difference. How’s that for customer service!Highly recommended!!
