    I love takeprofittraders customer service. They answer every question in depth and are very helpful. Also I like how you can withdraw day 1. Every firm has its own unique rules to make it hard for the trader to make money. Ex: consistency, trailing drawdown, etc. But it is what it is so I don’t fault them for that. I did get a payout once and it came instantly same day as the request. All in all process took 4-8Hrs. Better than waiting 2 weeks haha

    I have had nothing but exceptional service from Take Profit Trader. I reached a $50K Pro account and blew it 3 times due to my own responsibility of not reading the rules properly. But you got to keep going. Have just got back my second Pro $50k account, and understanding risk management is a must. Thank you Take Profit Trader for the opportunity and the lessons learnt. I absolutely love the simplicity and customer service. Full 5 stars from me. To others out there be prepared to invest in resets, and subscriptions, I have invested well over $3k and I do see it as an investment, it takes time so set your budget limit and go for it. I have not reached a pay out level yet but will keep you posted.

    Their customer service is lack luster it took over an hour to process my payment. The representative that I asked for help simply ignored my request. ZERO RESPONSE!!! Additionally, the extremely small trailing drawdown is a setup for EPIC failure. It’s a great time to be a trader There are so many STELLAR prop firms offering much better options. I have gotten funded with other firms but couldn’t even get pass TPT’s eval due to the unrealistic drawdown. I can’t waste anymore time with TPT. They won’t last in the prop space due to the fierce competition. I’m thankful for all the other great options.

    Bernardo was attentive and patience since I couldn’t for some reason provide a screenshot of my issue. He helped me to fix my account and to refund the overpayment fee for my account. I appreciate him taking his time with me and not stopping until everything was settled for me.

    DLL is a deal breaker for me. You can’t expect lose a account just because you lost 1000 in one day. That’s a big scam. This company could have been #1 if they get rid of that rule and unrealized profits. Can’t stand that. Thousands of people will switch to this company if they get rid of these 2 things. But of course they won’t since that’s how they make money by making people fail constantly. Ridiculous
