    I love Take Profit Trader. It is such a relief to not have to worry about when you can make a withdrawal. Any day and for any amount over the initial buffer. Susie is also awesome with quick replies to any question. I can not imagine any reason to trade futures with anyone else.

    TakeProfitTrader is by far my favorite prop firm in the industry. Very straight forward and no run around. The ability to take profits on day 1 is unparalleled. My experience with them has been great.Customer Support is extremely responsive and timely. I couldn’t ask for more. My questions are always answered and I’m never left frustrated. A lot of the bad reviews I’ve read are about Rules and Guidelines. Every Prop Firm has rules and guidelines to follow. It’s your job as the trader to read these rules and implement them into your trading. If you can do that you’ll have a seamless and awesome experience. I’ve been with TopStep, Apex, MFF, Trade Day, etc. I highly recommend TakeProfitTrader over all of them.

    I’ve been trading with them for awhile. I haven’t passed yet so I cannot speak on that matter but I can speak on their customer service. They have always been helpful and insightful when I have questions. Even as late as 10PM EST. They run good deals and offer CQG & Rithmic so I think there’s something for everyone. With that being said there are cons. Every time I reset I have to contact support to get them to reactive the account. Nobody is sure why, they say it just happens. The workaround is to have Rithmic open before I purchase a reset so it updates itself. Also while I have not passed yet I am a bit peeved at when you are moved to pro+ (90/10 split) if you’re using Rithmic you’ll be moved to Tradovate. As someone who uses level 2 I’ll have to start paying for it.Other than that I have to complaints and would recommend TakeProfitTrader!

    These guys are very responsive. When you contact them during Mon-Fri, they will respond back even at 4 am EST New york. Klein from The Profit Team, especially helped me out a lot, as i was having trouble understanding the daily loss limit. Thank TPT

    Rithimic responded to me by email, that there was no block on my TPPRO1827823 account, while Take via email, offered me my balance back in the account if I paid the amount of 650$ to restore my account, the company acknowledged that There was an error, they blocked my account after a session with a positive balance, but the solution is for me to spend money to resolve it. I really expected at the very least the restoration of my account without any charge, once the company realized and acknowledged that there was a failure.

    As I forget to put the promo code and pay full price for a 50K, I have sent a message through the chat, got an immediate answer and was refunded of the difference in the next 5 minutes.     Take Profit trader is by far the fastest way to get a payout. I’ve tried 6 different prop firms and TPT is my top 2. I really like that I can trust that I will get a payout without waiting. I’ve never had to worry about my payout being denied. I would definitely recommend TPT.

    Worst Prop firm ever! Deceptive. On day 2 of my $75k pro account my initial starting balance was $75,065. My first trade of the day dropped my account balance to $74,890 and my account auto-liquidated and was closed. So be warned … they are out to cancel your accounts for illogical reasons. Wow. They should be called “Help us make a profit” Trader.

    Alemar Mercado did an amazing job helping me clear some issues with billing and activating account today, Sep 24, 2024. She was very apologetic with the delay in responding as she apparently were assisting other customers. As soon as she got started with my case she was very prompt in getting my issues resolved. I am very pleased with TPT’s customer service using the chat box as supposed to leaving a message through the “contact us” system.

    I signed up with TakeProfitTrader in the middle of the night but required some assistance with my new $50k evaluation account. Klein was able to chat with me immediately and help me through the process. Wonderful customer service.     I’ve been trading with this company for a little over a month now. I will say it’s quite the process to get to the live account. You first need to pass the evaluation and then after that you get sent to the pro account and in order to get sent to the live you have to make 5K. So if you’re on the 150ks then that’s a total of 14k. You can start taking daily withdrawals once you make your max drawdown in your Pro account. But you might as well just make a tiny bit more and opt to go to live because the percentage in the Live account is 90/10 versus 80/20 in the Pro account. The one thing I have a problem with is the next day withdrawals. So they say the dashboard updates at 8:00 p.m. but that is completely false. For the pro account it doesn’t update until the middle of the night and for the live account it doesn’t update until about 7:00 a.m. EST. If you’re someone like me who likes to opt for daily withdrawals, it’s a hit or miss with this company. You can request around 7:00 a.m. everyday for the previous days profits but then you have to wait until about 11am EST for the funds to be removed from your account and sometimes the funds aren’t withdrawn until TWO days after!!Of course you can continue to trade during that time. There’s nothing stopping you. But if you like to secure your profits without risking them and want to wait for them to be withdrawn first, you have to miss out on about half of the trading day. This is a real bummer because your trailing drawdown is always from your highest P/L. So that messes up the whole plan when they dont remove the funds from your account in a timely manner.TAKE PROFIT TRADER, PLEASE GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER AND REMOVE THE PROFITS SOONER THAN LATER IN THE LIVE ACCOUNT. This has happened to me twice this week and I’m getting fed up. When you get to the live account, I completely understand that the profits being removed are in Tradovates hands and NOT tpt. But please communicate better with them and make it a priority to remove the funds fast, and sooner than 11-12pm earliest. If you cant do this then DON’T advertise 1 day withdrawals. Update: I really do love this company and everything above still stands. However I just wanted to add, TPT, you should really change the 5 day pass to a 1 or 2 or even 3 day pass. Not sure why you wouldn’t want to. and another thing- if you had a daily lockout feature like topstep does, that would be amazing. Those 2 combined and you’d be the king of props along with everything else you guys offer.

    Alemar Mercado usually assist me whenever I have any questions quick and effeciently as possible and for that I do appreciate this company’s customer service. Although I feel 5 days of consistency is a bit much there is absolutely nothing I do not like about this company at this point in time
