    I just passed a 100K Test account using Tradovate which I purchased via a Take Profit Trader special promotion, 50AND100 (50% off the initial monthly membership and 100% of that fee reimbursed back to you). Therefore, the total cost is economical. Went thru the process to upgrade to a PRO account by paying the registration fee and electronically signing the required contract. The whole process went quickly and smooth with a new PRO account created almost immediately. Trading in the Test account was flawless and the Take Profit Trader customer dashboard is modern, clean and performs without any issue or delay. I also used their Customer Service bot and was connected to a live customer service representative within a minute, who quickly answered my question. The only thing I do not like is the Intraday Trailing Drawdown used with their PRO & PRO+ accounts. However, this is not a big negative if you manage your risk in a professional manner. So far, I would highly recommend Take Profit Trader as a professional PROP firm to trade the futures markets.

    Overcharged me for my new accounts despite having applied their own promo code prior to paying. They did this 3 times. Unhelpful when asking for help. When asking for help with the platforms they integrate to they were unhelpful. General service poor and clearly something going on with charging the wrong amounts

    I got my evaluation account at -50% of the regular price, the account was activated in the few minutes after I made my purchase. the support was here to help me to setup my account and replied to all of my questions that I asked them. For all those reasons, I think Take Profit Trader Is by far the most reactive support service among the five Prop Firms I tried until now.

    Great experience and help from Christine on processing and clarification regarding PRO/PRO+ accounts. TPT seems like a good platform for prop traders and although I wished some of the rules have a bit more flexibility, rules are rules and being able to follow them will make you a better trader.

    If you want your money to be taken and have daily loss limits that miraculously hit out of no where this place if for you!! Even when you show them documentation they get rude and nasty. I wouldnt spend a dollar with this company ever again. Rithmic issues? Dont worry they will not have your back. Tradovate issues? dont worry they wont have your back. They are the most shady group of people, awful awful awful customer service.

    I had a problem with Take Profit Trader. One of my accounts was about to be renewed for $216, I wrote to them asking for help. I wanted to know if it would be better for me to cancel my account since I was down to $147,000 on a $150,000 account, or would be better for me to buy a new account for less money ($180) and start with a fresh $150,000. My problem was not that they turn me down, but that they never emailed me back like they said, and then a day later charged me for the renewal and then refused to help me in anyway when I spoke to them about it. If the manager just dealt with me professionally “As a Customer”, I would not have left feeling as bad as I do.P. S. Mericar was my “Profit Team Member” and she was great! That’s why I didn’t give them a one star.
