This is my first time using Savius and let me just say that they have top notch customer service. I cannot stress enough how important that is. They are quick and responsive to your concerns. They truly want traders to succeed. I had a problem with my accounts and they were able to provide a great resolution. Sono dovuta ricorrere ad un avvocato in Svizzera per ottenere il mio payout di 25k dopo aver superato la challenge a 10 gg per 5 conti da 300k senza alcuna motivazione , tutte le regole sono state rispettate . “Se vuoi i soldi devi fare una video call con noi “ . Esperienza da non ripetere certamente. I had to hire to a lawyer in Switzerland to get my €25K payout after passing the 10-day challenge for 5 accounts of €300K. There was no reason given, as all the rules were followed. “If you want the money, you have to do a video call with us.” Definitely an experience I wouldn’t repeat.

I received my second payout from Savius. This time, Rise was working properly, so there was no delay. Savius not only helped me pay my bills but also helped me recover from a mental drawdown. I was experiencing payout denials with several firms, which upset me and affected my trading performance. Now, I feel enthusiastic about trading again. Thank you, Savius!
