    I got a 25k milestone plan and I blow my account. when I try to reset an error happens. When I asked the support, I was told that 25k is not available for new purchases or resets, even though it says that there is on FAQ and it was saying it is possible when I got the account. FAQ is still saying that it is available.

    New to the firm, and it’s great so far. The account was easy and quick to setup and start trading. While trading I wasn’t paying attention and accidentally traded during a tier 1 news event. Thinking I was going to lose the account, I reached out to customer service and they replied almost instantly with the information I needed. PASSED my evaluation, and I’m looking forward to working with these guys!

    The solution to my problem took several days and was successful. I was very angry at first because the company tried to charge me 6x monthly fees for 1 account and then canceled it. The utter frustration continued because I communicated with a different operator every day and had to explain what had happened over and over again. The operators did not have the altruism to first get acquainted with the whole case and only then write me an answer. Fortunately, in the end, Emmanuel started to take care of my case and was able to solve my case as if by magic. He is the right person in his place.
