    So i use Topstep and MFF as Futures Firm and here is my opinion about MFFGood:-Support 10/10 (very fast (thx to Skynyrd very friendly and helpful))-TradingV Trades easy to take and manage on MAC/PC and Phone -Nice DashboardBad:I would like if they had a tool to merge all 3 accounts without beeing responsible for any issues. I recommend this firm 100% very nice

    On march 7th I was in a trade and the tradovate severs went down. as a result I lost $600 dollars the team reset my balance for the day. After they reset my balance I passed both evals 2 hours later

    This company is a joke. I was banned for semi automating my strategy. By semi automating I mean coding my strategy. I’m new to trading so I was testing out strategies both manually as well as automating certain conditions. I’m not sure what they mean by semi automated trading stated in there guidelines. They billed me for the current month which I didn’t get to use, extremely slow customer service and refused a refund. In summary they just wasted my time and money.

    Customer service is unbelievably amazing ,reliable and responsive. I am fairly new to futures so some of the rules are unclear to me. Today I had the pleasure of chatting with Pratap and I just love the way I am always taken care of… every time I have a question about a rule or ask what something means, the explain everything and they make sure I am good until I understand what I need.. I bet customer service would trade for me if they could because that’s how awesome they are! Love this company, cant wait til I get my first payout with them and many in the future

    First of all I just want to say I successfully trade 5 funded Topstep accounts, 7 Apex Funded with no problems whatsoever with those firms. I used TradingView (via Tradovate to book trades). I decided to diversify my accounts by buying some MFFU Expert. I have so far qualified 3 150K expert accounts trading properly with consistent risk. As soon as the account was funded, within a few trades on ‘live’ the trades fail to book, or double book. When this happens it is not possible to connect (even in Tradovate). The first time this happened I put it down to bad luck. Now I just lost my third funded account. The MFFU servers are clearly manipulated do either hang, double book, or refuse connection once funded. I do NOT get any of these issues from the same PC trading through TradingView on Topstep nor Apex. The technical support refuse to listen to reason and say it is not their problem. Bearing in mind with MFFU expert account you are paying a very large amount upfront. I would strongly recommend you use the other companies who are well established. MFFU have only been around 2 years (Since 2022), so I will avoid. They are definitely scamming people.
