Stephanie was able to help me out and fix the issue I was having within 5 minutes of contacting support. This eased my mind and helped with making sure I can secure payouts!

    I was able to quickly get a hold of Ike in the chat. I had a lot of questions and it took some time, and probably patience, on his part. He not only sent me the relevant references to review, but he actually answered my questions. There are other Prop Firms out there who, if they even answer, do the best they can to just point you in a direction and leave you to figure it out. Ike didn’t leave me high and dry in that category!

    Passed 3 evaluations but had to KYC before trading sim funded accounts. Had issues with KYC process, but Nathan with support team was eventually able to get everything sorted out and good to go again. Ready to trade the sim funded accounts now and work towards live.
