    STAY AWAY FROM THEM!I have been trading for years. I used Myfundedfutures for a while now.Their customer services is terrible. Today Tradovate malfunctioned and they I was not able to close open trades and for some, the stop losses failed entirely—trades remained open even after the stops were breached.I reached out to them and they took a while to get back to me. Can you explain the purpose of the video recording?Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with this experience—it reflects poorly on your business practices. I rely on copy trading across all my accounts, so the malfunction affected them equally. From 11:30 AM until the end of the trading day, I couldn’t close my early trades. At one point, I got so frustrated I just walked away. During this time (11:30 AM–2:00 PM), trades couldn’t be closed, and for some, the stop losses failed entirely—trades remained open even after the stops were breached.Above are the accounts and the trades in question.     I took advantage of the opportunity to purchase 25k Milestone accounts during the month of November. I reached out to their Support so that I could understand if there would be a deadline on reseting the account and they assured me that I would be able to be reset it at any time. Either their Support has no idea what they are talking about or they changed their policy to protect their bottom line. I reached out to Support again today when I was unable to reset my accounts (keep in mind November isn’t even over and they have pulled the plug on their 25k accounts) and was given varying answers. Most recently Support told me that it “wasn’t” possible to reset Milestone accounts. Oh really? How interesting. So will I be refunded for the 25k accounts that I purchased and was promised I would be able to reset? Or on the resets that supposedly aren’t possible but were purchased? When you are going to enter into an agreement with a prop firm it is really important that you can feel confident that they will do what they say. Keep their promises. They said they would offer the Milestone accounts for the month of November. They told me I would be able to reset the account. They failed to honor what they said not once but twice.
