    I reset an account I had cancelled. I only had one day left before expiration and did not realize that a reset would not restart the count for the month. Billings page still said it would expire the next day. This alarmed me and I contacted MFF support. I was hopeful because I’m on multiple discords and MFF has had great reviews from many. Support agent Pratap was very helpful and offered a refund so that I could get a new eval. I received the refund receipt in my email just minutes later and super happy! Thank You!

    FAUZI was quick to answer all my questions. I accidentally made too much on one trade and went over the 50% consistency rule for eval. It sucks cause it was $196 more than necessary so now I have to trade a little more. But it is what it is. Anyways, great and speedy service.

    It looks like MFF has deliberately kept the scalping rule vague in order to use this to deny payouts. I askes a simple YES or NO question, but their response was dissapointing. How hard is it to define their rules clearly? I fear they would deny payouts after spending soo much for accounts. I hope I’m wrong.Me:”Regarding microscalping, once a trade moves in my direction and If I move my SL to just above my entry point and SL is hit frequantly, would it be considered as micro scalping?” MFF Response: “Please note that any account reviews including micro scalping checks are always done by our Risk Team and approved by a Risk Manager at MyFundedFutures.This happens when a trader passes a challenge or when a payout is requested.”
