    Worst customer service ever. It’s like you are talking to AI, didn’t read my query 3 times, eventually asking me how they can help which was completely clear from my query (&that’s their job). Then, finally promising me a refund, and then due to not reading what I said 3 times, revoked the offer after getting my hopes up.Yea, I made an honest mistake, resetting my account instead of opening a new one, 3 days before billing cycle end, and made a few low risk trades (account was roughly break even). I couldn’t afford to throw this money away yet they wouldn’t just give the benefit of the doubt and help me outSuper super unhelpful
