    BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREBe careful with this company. I purchased a $50K milestone, and they charged me twice, sending me two evaluations. When I requested a refund for one of the evaluations, they refunded it. Then, I started trading, and within two days, I was up $1,000. Suddenly, they sent me an email saying that the payment had bounced and canceled my account. It is totaly false because i had de debit from my bank , I told them I didn’t want my account canceled and that I wanted to continue trading, but they refused and insisted on giving me a refund. They are scammers.”

    Although my experience with the platform is a 4/5 star, my experience with support was fast and responsive, that’s a 5/5 for me!The only reason it’s not 5/5 is that the payment system does not completely communicate that my subscription is renewing or canceling.Once you chat with support, they can confirm whether your subscription is renewing or canceling.Since I was asked to mention the name of the person that helped me support through my issue, the name was Ike.

    MFFU has really been great for a while, but I’ve learned today that they don’t stand by their own policies. I created a strategy in TradingView to automate my entries, stoploss, and take profits, all based on specific key levels. It also helps calculate risks instead of just guessing how many contracts to enter. My trades are only being entered during NY Market Hours when Im at the computer and watching the markets/trades. Myself and others have been getting banned on their platform for doing this.Per their policy and faq, they allow “Semi-Automated Trading”.”- Semi-Automated Trading: This is permissible under the condition that traders actively monitor, manually manage, and understand the system and semi-automation’s purpose.”I reached out to their customer support and was advised that entries and exits must still be manual. Even though this logic doesn’t constitute “Semi-Automated”, this is just manual trading. But what they want isn’t stated in their FAQ, so how/why should anyone be punished for it if what you want contradicts what the FAQ says?
