    A very solid reputable company with excellent pricing, no nonsense, clear rules for evaluation and fast customer service via chat. ADE was very quick in getting back to chat and answered all questions thoroughly and politely. Have used this company now for 5 months and have never had any issues with the platform or the few times I’ve asked for assistance.

    I reached out to learn more about the rules and didn’t expect an answer until Monday since it was the weekend. My customer service rep Frank reached out to me within an hour late on a Friday night. Cleared up my misunderstanding on how much my accounts should have and explained how payments for an account stops after passing the evaluation. He also explained how many sim funded accounts were tradeable at the same time.

    Edit: 2/25/2025 – A few weeks or so after this incident, the Operations Manager, Fabio, contacted me, apologized, and compensated me for their mistake. That’s all I can ask. Updated from 1 star.——I will bullet point summarize this because I know your time is valuable. No on likes to read blocks of text and I want you to read this. Key Points:- I’m not new to trading or prop firms and did my research and read their website thoroughly.- I trade micro BTC contracts- Their page (currently) says that you can trade 3 mini or 30 micro contracts on the Starter plan. (no exception)- NO WHERE on their entire website (for the time being) does it specify a difference for BTC contracts.- SURPRISE! BTC contracts are special and don’t apply to this rule so you can only trade 3 mini contracts.- Emmanuel (Customer Support) confirmed that this info IS NOT specified on their website. (I have the chat)- I asked for some form of compensation because their website does not specify any of this.- My ticket was then escalated, and my account was breached (in profit) and my money refunded by the Manger, Hannah.- The reason given was I violated their “guidelines for respectful communication” because I told them (and I quote) “This is a one star review” (can’t make this stuff up).*** This is incompetence at best. Magnified by failure to admit their mistake and do the right thing. What else did they “forget” to put on their website? ***

    This company is fraudulent. Once you run into a single issue and bring it up to them they will blackball you and prevent you from getting payouts but continue to allow you to pay for accounts giving you the illusion that they are supporting you. I’ve encountered this insight after a long conversation with a former employee.
