    The lower-level support tends to do the minimum required and quickly close the tickets before trying to get the customers’ response. Nevertheless, escalate enough time, and you will get the support you need. Gabrielo was amazing to deal with!

    Customer service was able to provide clarification on my questions. The response time drags a bit though. I’m currently on day 10 waiting for the 14 day payout. Over 20k above the buffer. I’m excited to be so close after months of failing accounts with other firms. My funded futures has fit my trading style. I will provide another review after I have been paid out.

    I joined MFFU about a month ago, recently I had an issue with Quantower which caused me to blow my account. I reached out to support and Hamza (lead support) was kind enough to offer a quick solution. Customer service was quick and easy. I didn’t have to wait days for support to fix my issue. MFFU is one of my new top firms to trade with and for that, I will be sticking around long term.
