    Akhi took the time to listen to my issue. Akhi sad, “let me check into that…” Akhi did not use a rule to immediately shut me down. Akhi found that my request did not warrant any special favor and my request that was turned down yesterday by another agent could be granted by MFF within the company guidelines. Shout out to Akhi for knowing the company guidelines and for providing great service.

    I wish that they allowed the upload of photos. Essentially they penalized me for a rule that was nowhere to be found. I spent 17 days reviewing the rules prior to purchasing because I was swept in the Fast Track Trading nonsense and wanted to do better this time. They claimed I had insufficient funds in my account and then charged the account for the amount they said I didn’t have (i did so the charge went through). Apparently to purchase with ACH you need a 750$ buffer in your account (it says this nowhere). I don’t recommend them and their customer service seems good because there’s access but it is actually terrible once you have an actual problem

    MFFU has by far the best support and is overall the best Prop Firm in the entire Industry!Especially Nathan, Lead at MyFundedFutures has helped me a lot!Nathan is doing an absolute perfect job!     Personalized Customer Service. I worked wth Gabrielo from MFF, had issues with payments, instead of brushing me off as another customer, Gabrielo took time to reasearch the issue at hand and found it was no fault of mine. He restored my account and I was back on the markets. It was the extra mile th=at i appreciated instead of treating me like another number

    I am new to MFF, so I have yet to comment on the payout process and whatnot. However, my experience so far has been exceptional, especially with the support team. Within a matter of minutes Emmanuel answered by question and escalated the request, to his supervisor’s Hannah. They both were more than helpful and went above and beyond to find a satisfactory solution to my request.

    Vale, soy nuevo en esta empresa y no puedo hablar todavía sobre los retiros. Lo que si puedo hablar es sobre el soporte técnico. Tuve un problema a la hora de conectar mi cuenta con ATAS, ya que me daba por buena la cuenta pero los datos de mercado no y por lo tanto la cuenta no estaba operativa. Me lleve todo el dia hablando con el soporte, me pasaron con el superior y prácticamente agotamos las opciones, Nathan, tuvo mucha paciencia ya que yo insistía. Al final el problema era una mezcla entre windows y ATAS. Y encontré la solución hablando con el bot de ATAS por telegram que me redirigió a una pagina de microsoft para descargar dos comandos. Los descargas, cierras ATAS, aceptas y vuelves abrir ATAS. Y todo solucionado.Cuando haga mis retiros volveré a dejar otra reseña.
