    i had an issue activating a sim account. the first agent was not able to assist me but Sony was on point. withing 2 minutes, it was rectified.

    Was happy at the onset, however, they decided to ban me for something I never did. They alleged that I used the same device to access two separate MFFU accounts, which never happened. For “privacy reasons” they said they couldn’t tell me who the other user was when I asked. To this day I have no clue what happened, but to me it seems like they wanted to keep me from getting payouts, as it happened the day after I withdrew. Having no ability to escalate or challenge the allegation is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend going with them when there are better options. Yes the rules are easier and they are at a good price point, but if you want to truly build a future and relationship with a firm, this isn’t it.

    I have never had this great of support from any other prop firm in the space. Nathan from MFF really showed why they are the best prop firm and how much they care for us traders. The issue could have cause me to forfeit all I had but he acknowledged what was wrong and fixed it like no other firm would. I am super grateful to be trading with this amazing prop firm and cant wait for the success waiting to be achieved.

    Me fue mal hoy mi cuenta la cerré con un profit de 3144usd y cerré todo para evitar problemas de tardes fantasma o que quedarán abiertos. A las dos me llegan diciendo que había quemado la cuenta cosa que no me explico como sabien que el límite de perdida diaria es de 1200 usd osea que para quemarla tenía que hacer dos días en pérdida. Y escribo a soporte y me dicen que no ahí nada que hacer que esa operación de menos 5000 USD no saben si fui yo o de dónde salió pero que se quemó y sigo sin entender sabiendo que el límite de perdida es 1200 USD y yo cerré hoy el día operativo con 3144usd.

    I have been taking them for a long time and I have also received realizations, recently I accumulated a very heavy and successful expert portfolio, and they found a small section of a general offense and deleted my entire account. This is a one time mistake. They weren’t even ready to talk. They are extreme in using the rules when it suits them. As long as I bought bags it didn’t bother them, only when it got close to the sale they decided to enforce.

    Hanna gave the best customer service it I’ve ever had. Definitely put me at ease about this proper. I recommend it, I trust it. I will be making a TikTok video promoting it. There’s lots of other firms that are not great, but this is great.

    I am very disappointed . I got timed out from discord because I am asking them to pay me everyday . I requested pay out but instead of them paying me they liquidated my 3 funded accounts + starter plus . You can’t treat people this way . Time to pay . Then don’t delay. It’s a pity I trusted this prop film

    Super superbad service. They closed my fundedaccount in profit for nothing. They said i traded during news. Totally not possible. Closed the trade before the news. Looks like they dont want to payout. Never again for me !!! Customer service has a reply which is really not human. They f*ckin@ just don’t care. Miracle. What a joke, change that in Disaster.

    MFF is I think the most legit prop firm out there, both with their rules and also their payouts. Look up payout junction.I have had accounts with them, and have had supprt needs here and there. I can say their customer support is really helpful, you have access to them all day night long. They are there to help. Hannah is one of those. She helped me with a case which was purely out of my control. if you want to give futures trading a try, consider MFF before going to any other firms. You wont regret. Plus their pricing is just one of the most fair ones.
