    After considerable research, I chose MFFU.My last three months with them have been all-round positive and have confirmed what I had come to expect by the testimony of others.First of all, they have many choices of platform as well as versions of Volumetrica AND TradingView, I went with ATAS, which is a great program.The MFFU Discord is good, they’ve have mods on there every time I’ve visited.Support has been excellent. They respond quickly, I was treated with respect (I’m new to prop firms and how they operate) and vitally, I was taken at my word when that was required. Shout out to Nathan in support for handling my queries in a timely and professional manner and for doing it with a good vibe. If you’re new to prop firms, you’ll likely be grateful for good support.All in all, a really good firm with the best evaluation parameters I could find, wide platform choice, good community, great support. Go for it and best of luck!

    Very friendly customer service. I know its only through an email but most of the time when having an issue it takes a while for people to answer, or you are asked for your account info or things like that and Miracle made it super simple. Said one email and soon got an email back saying problem was solved.

    Myfundedfutures is a modern platform came out later than others but It’s one of the best platform with great assistants. Especially Hannah is one of them. She has a kindly fast respond and helpful.

    When i say i have never been happier to switch to a new firm! I’ve had very distasteful experiences with Topstep, Apex, and few others. My first account with MFFU and the experience has been many times better than all of the aforementioned companies.The Customer Service is Tier 1. No there isn’t a phone, but who needs equally crappy CS on the phone? SO thanks Matt L!The product issue of data lagging and outages were not MFFU’s fault. However they addressed the issue as if it were their problem. We are super grateful to have found this company on twitter! Thank You Hannah!

    I had an issue with trading after market was supposed to be closed today on myfundedfutures.com. Their system had an error that allowed some trading and then closed trading but my order was left open and could not be cancelled. Nathan was the representative that reached out to me, and I could not be happier with his professionalism and his responsiveness.

    Had some issues with tradovate not wanting to close my trades. Messaged MFF they answered in a matter of minutes and told me to just leave the account, rest assured and they will take care of it. I was down 700 on my accounts at the time, they ended up resetting the all my PA accounts for free and i was ready to trade the day after. Excellent service by Nathan.

    I had a problem with the KYC check as it kept rejecting my proof of address and I sent them a ticket on Saturday and they replied the same day and moved my case to level 2. On Sunday at 22:00 Brazilian time they got back to me and asked me to resend it, which I did and my problem was solved. I would like to thank the Myfundedfutures team for their excellent service, even on weekends.

    Do NOT use this prop firm, go to topstep. MyFundedFutures claims to give you funding once you hit your profit target, however, you only become a sim funded account at that point. You must be INVITED to become a full funded account, and those requirements are not released to you. Also, once you set an account to not auto-renew, you CANNOT change it to renew. it will close the account no matter what. Every reset you buy on the account after that is meaningless, because it will close the account at the renewal date no matter what.They can effectively never let you become funded and you will continue to pay them monthly. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Mistake was not my fault so I should not be punished for it, sent in video proof. Luckily they offered to reset account so I only lost out on the $225 profit I had previously. Hannah offered to reset as a one time gesture.

    I was experiencing troubles with Tradovate freezing and not letting me remove my positions, exiting at market or do anything. Unfortunately, this caused me to breach my account. The representative, Jerico, helped me reset my account as a courtesy. This is what you call an amazing company with extraordinary customer relation skills. I will continue to express my gratitude for an amazing company as MFFU. Thank you team for helping me in this situation. I cannot express my gratitude enough to you guys.

    I really liked MFF, but i have to rate it to 1 star, today because of Dxfeed i have lost 3 funded accounts, i open the ticketand show them proof as well when my screen went black. in fact MFF help desk help to bring back screen. but Accounts lost and every time i open ticket help desk ask same question and than dont response and close the ticket. today i have opened 4 tickets and everytime they ask account numbers and proof , when i provide they close the ticket and dont answer anything. I have recorded last 3 conversation in which they close the ticket without responding.

    I had bought an account maybe 2-1/2 hours prior to this review. And it would not let me login to tradovate no matter what I did. So I sent a frustrated email to the service email. And got a response from Sony. It did take a few try’s on his end. But he was able to get it resolved! This is my first time buying an account from you guys, so it wasn’t necessarily a good first impression. But your service dept. is great! Sony is very good with what he is doing as he was able to resolve my issue. Thanks!
