    I just joined this prop firm. I came from a different firm but after some more than one failed payout and some other concerns that surfaced online and Terrible customer service I was done with them… I looked into MFFU and liked it. Long story short I got funded in one day and when I went to log into my funded accounts it wouldn’t let me (I use ATAS – Great Platform btw kind of like quantower and seirra charts had a baby) I hit up the support and Skynyrd got the problem resolved in 10 min. Great support looking forward to working with MFFU.

    After I lost my account in a weird way, ive open a first case and my daughter needs me ive lost the first attendant, since im looking for a explanation, ive imagine the second guy will take lots of time to catch my ticket, but for my surprise Mr.Psalm was too fast to explain to me.

    MFFU always responds supper fast and always clarifies things if I don’t understand a certain rule about my account I even had something crazy happened where I accidentally purchased multiple account but it was suppose to be just one it was fixed immediately and the refunds were back in 24-48 hours s/o to one of there reps YASSER very friendly very professional and his responses were lightning fast💪💪💪💪💪 thanks MFFU for the consistency 🎯

    FRAUD scam company stay away from this firm the CEO has already been caught in fraud cheating traders. Also, tried using them and clear as day the platform is manipulated to fail traders just here to take your money nobody is actually getting paid out. Despite what you see online. They are rigging the trades and going against traders to fail you.

    I was having a problem with tradovate where I was getting auto liquidated while in position without hitting my sl, so I submitted a ticket and they got back to me the next day and credit all my accounts back.

    During the recent Tradovate issue from January 6 and 7th my accounts were involved. Contacted support told them about what happened the next day both my accounts were reinstated. Hannah knocked it out of the park for me.

    So where do I begin? Got a few Mffu accounts and paid straight away, okay nice, no issues.THEN, today, terrible Tradovate issues led me to blow a simfunded account due to horrible input lag on Tradovates end. Okay, so I’m irritated. Speak to Mffu support, get my account back and the same profit I had, literally same day, like it never happened. Big thanks to Nathan fr, they didn’t have to but they reset it due to Tradovates issue.

    What I like about MFF are simple trading rules and payout policies are easy to understand. Plus, they have many options/account types that match your style and pricing is one of best in the industry. I have a problem with account disappear, and the support team reinstalled it back with the original profit.

    I am writing this post to report my tremendous indignation at @MyFundedFutures. They have charged me several times on my credit card, exceeding my credit limit.In addition to the inconvenience of exceeding my credit limit, the next charge only happened because I asked my bank to cancel one of the purchases, freeing up space for them to charge me again for what was supposed to be just one bill.They did not release the account immediately after charging my card for this new charge. It took 14 days for the account to be inactive after payment was made, and it was only released because I had to keep asking their support team, as if I was begging for something.After it was released, I used the table for 1 day and they closed my account again. Why? They said I could not have filed a dispute with the bank, and I was only able to pay the assessment because they had used up the entire credit limit on my card due to THEIR mistake.Days have passed and I am still inactive. The fee for the last charge on my card will be due tomorrow, and I was only able to use the assessment for ONE day.In short, due to an error in your system, I will have to pay for an assessment that I was not even able to use. I had all the hassle with several emails and some totally unprepared, arrogant and lazy employees.Is it right to treat a partner like this? I don’t think so!
