    Do not put money in this Prop Firm, they have arrogant Customer Service and they take every opportunity to deactivate or cancel your account. Customer is their last point in their business. Do not waste time and money with these scammers.

    I wanted to receive my first payout prior to leaving a review. MFFU’s rules are really, really straightforward. I received my first payout today. It took a few months for me to become a profitable trader with MFFU. Along the way I had some questions and issues and they addressed them in a reasonable time. Most recently, I dealt with Emmanuel regarding the payout process and he gave me the information I needed. No matter which rep you deal with, they will get you an adequate answer (I have dealt with multiple reps).Update: I lost the account with over $80k in profit because I broke the news trading rule. They do not have an area of where a trader can find all the relevant information in a consolidated area (like a contract). I am ineligible to receive any of the profits because the account is gone. Typically other prop firms allow you to trade 1 min after news but it is 2 mins at MFFU. Knocking it down a couple of stars but besides that is ok.

    I had an issue with billing and the issue was expertly handled by MFFU customer support staff – Emmanuel, Shadd and Skynyrd. Problem was resolved within 24 hours. Definitely one of the best prop firms out there that’s transparent and customer oriented.

    So far it’s been easy to set up and use , you can integrate with trading view which helps a lot especially if your somewhat new to trading. The support team is A1💪!! Shout out to Psalms and Sony , there always on top of it. Any questions I have is answered in a timely manner with a simple and understandable response!! I’m on my evaluation phase right now I will come back after my 1st payout to let y’all know how the rest of my experience was .

    No ACH payouts, just broken Riseworks that is banned in multiple states and countries. They still utilize a broken payout system when all the other props in the industry have multiple payout methods.

    Just wanted to offer some feedback on MyFundedFutures. I purchased three accounts, passed one of them and got funded. The dashboard is slick, easy to navigate and offered a number of charting options. I chose Quantower as I use this platform with the other companies I have been funded with. There was a tech issue that initially meant I couldn’t access the funded account. So I contacted support expecting it to take a day or two and got on with trading the other funded accounts I have. After I finished trading I checked my email and found a response from Stephanie. She was very polite and friendly and to my surprise had already fixed the issue! I can’t say anything bad about my funded futures, every business has glitches, it’s more important how they are dealt with and in the case of my funded futures the response was perfect, thank you Stephanie and My Funded Futures.

    I was having issues with billing in my account. The issue needed to be dealt with today. I got right on it because I didn’t think it would be resolved today. I took a shot a using the “chat” not knowing what to expect from past issues through ‘chat”. When I began the chat I was still skeptical about the outcome. After a couple of exchanges with Emmanuel I was hopeful and within our conversation he answered my questions, let me know what to expect, gave me further information for the future and I was also able to resolve another issue with him while chatting.Thank you Emmanuel!
