    Overall experience, you can make money with them, but ofcourse, like all others. They are out to take your money. Better choose firms that have less tight rules.The inactivity rule is also very inconvenient. If you take a trade on monday, you need to take your next trade BEFORE monday. otherwise your account will be taken away as ‘inactive’. A lot of rules for consistency for a payout. There are better options.

    It is easy to identify why MyFundedFutures got these 1-star ratings. They appear to have been written by disgruntled customers. People who did not get the outcome they wanted. I almost became one of those disheartened and bitter clients but thanks to the patience and understanding of @Nathan | Lead, I had a different experience.After passing the evaluation, nothing worked when I tried to pay the activation fee. The card that was used to purchase the account, and was saved on the account, failed. I reached out to support who offered all the standard responses… “get in touch with your bank”, “try a different card”, “try a different browser”, “try using crypto”, blah, blah, blah. While all legitimate options, nothing worked. This went on for over 1 week so you can imagine how someone can get irate and disgruntled. The ticket was escalated, I jumped in their discord, but no one seem to be able to offer anything more than to ask me to “please be patient”. Patience” The one thing that EVERY trader must have and often is the one thing most traders lack”.Another week later, my ticket was picked up by Nathan and through his investigation we learned that my account was restricted because I had 2 accounts, which was a violation of their TOS (who knew). Nathan could easily have said, “You should have read the TOS. Ignorance is not bliss”, “You violated our TOS so go goodbye”. Instead, he worked with me and I was able to activate the account.MyFundedFutures is receiving a 5-star rating because Nathan was patient and understanding. Sometimes, as a customer, we need to realize that we are dealing with another person on the other side of the support chat, and we should also be patient and understanding. Thank you, Nathan, and MyFundedFutures.

    I was having a problem with buying a new evaluation account with my linked bank account. It said insufficient funds even though there was money in the account. I contacted customer support and was quickly connected to a representative named Miracle. Miracle explained to me that linked bank accounts need to have $750 available over the purchase amount. I did not find that information anywhere when I signed up. Miracle got me an answer quickly and I appreciated their help. I don’t agree with the $750 needed, and I think that should be clearly written when you link the account, however their customer service is fast and efficient.

    I recently had an issue with MFFU that left me disappointed. I was on vacation and didn’t trade much during that time, either on MFFU or my main prop firm, TopStep. Unlike TopStep, which I’ve been trading with for years, MFFU enforces a rule requiring traders to notify them if they won’t be trading—a rule I wasn’t aware of as a relatively new trader with the company.When I explained the situation and requested reinstatement, I hoped for some understanding, given my honest mistake. Unfortunately, my account was not reinstated.One of the reasons I decided to give MFFU a chance was the milestone program advertised by Matt on Twitter. While the idea sounded promising, my experience with this rule and the response I received has left me feeling dissatisfied.While I appreciate firms with clear policies, it would be helpful if MFFU better communicated these expectations upfront to newer traders. This situation has made me grateful that I didn’t invest the full $445 in this program and has ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere.

    Top 3 futures prop firm for sure, good for one day pass on evals and not many annoying rules. Payout rules are good, and one of the cheapest accounts you can get including activation fees. (Prices just rose at the time of writing) Kyle on the support team always helps if I have questions or concerns.

    Compré una cuenta Milestone, en lo ofertado decían que podía realizarse reset en caso fuera necesario, meses después al solicitarlo me enviaron correo que habían echo cambios en sus políticas y que la cuenta ya no estaba disponible, situación que es entendible, pero deberían de tener una contrapropuesta que encuentre un equilibrio entre lo ofertado y su cambio de políticas. Pero en fin empresa de fondeo empresa de fondeo
