    I had some problems while trying to buy a challemge and contacted support. Kyle was very helpful and keep giving me different options for around 2-3 hours since I kept having errors, at the end I was able to purchase the challenge and I’m currently trading with it. Kyle from customer support was very helpful.

    I have on numerous occasions forgot that the challenge fees for these accounts renew every month. When that happens I really need to get a refund for the charge if possible and the support team is quick and responsive to help, especially Stephanie she made the process effortless and professional. Also whenever you do get a payout you can have confidence that the same smoothness will apply, i had a payout earlier in the year for 3800 and it was in my bank within 2 days. Overall great company for trading futures with reputable track record of actually paying and a involved CEO .

    They kept on charging my account even after i cancelled and requested a refund 2 days after on an untraded account. They charged me 3 months in total and only refunded 2 of those. This looks like a deciving tactic to keep on charging customers even though refund has been approved.
