    Both the chat support and the Helpdesk are terrible! It is normal for you to stay more than 5 hours to be served. My concern is with regards to payments, if they are slow in that part too! Other companies in the field have 24/7 support… Bulenox only has support from 9AM and it’s still slow!

    Bulenox is a no-nonsense prop firm when it comes to getting replies/feedback in helpdesk and more importantly for getting payouts. Payouts are fast and zero hassle. This is the only prop firm I use now and would continue to do so as long as time permits.Keep up the great service Bulenox!

    Bulenox did everything they said they would do up to and including paying me on my funded account! That’s #1 in my book is a company provides rules and when followed they follow through with their commitment!Areas to improve: Do Not cap Pro Accounts at 3 and only allow 11 total! Create an Account summary page so at a glance the traders can see how many days they’ve traded, their net profit and a graph of each account all on 1 page.Lead from the front with specials or just make a set cost and get rid of the sales events plus provide 1 day or 3 days to pass instead of 7

    Hello fellow traders!I recently had an experience with Bulenox that I like to share. Their customer support team is fantastic – they were super responsive, helpful, and most importantly, understanding.I had an issue with connecting Ninjatrader and my Rithmic evaluation account, and despite their best efforts to assist, the problem still persisted. Thankfully, they were open and generous enough to process a refund and close my account for me.What impressed me the most was their eagerness to help and resolve your issue, especially with how quick they are with their support.I would also like to take a moment to say that their evaluation and funded account rules are really good, and they’re worth giving a try. My only wish for them moving forward is that they would eventually include Tradovate as another platform option instead of Rithmic. I highly recommend it, and I appreciate their help a lot!

    I just started my first free trial with this company and had a lot of errors log in to ninjatrader and rithmic. The process is very long and it’s complicated. After few days they reseted my free trial and tried to log in but still the same and I opened a ticket and they said “Unfortunately, the free trial profile my email cannot be active, due to the fact that Rithmic blocks it every time you want to log in. The Rithmic system identified, that you have already registered the free trial from the same IP address. The e-mail of the previous free trial account is unknown email ” – I do not even know this email. Not recommend anyone to this prop firm.

Aside ninjatraders issues .The only lack i see Bulenox has as of now, is the consistency rule , BUT i do understand why they do it and i agree, but to certain traders of results id suggest it gets removed. And last thing is more payouts, and less buffer in the account or None to be considered. After all its a great and full worth company out of the super very few out there. 5/5 From me. Jimmy.
