I did not know about prohibited copy trading with other prop firms (such as Apex) UNTIL AFTER passing the evaluations during the Master account agreement….See below….9. ALGORITHMIC AND AUTOMATED TRADING AND TRADE COPYING”The trade copying functionality is exclusively available for accounts operating within the same company. Copying trades from accounts belonging to other companies is strictly prohibited. This policy also extends to copying trades from accounts within the Company’s system to those belonging to other companies. Analysts may only copy trades from a Qualification Account to a Master Account and from a Master Account to a Qualification Account.”

    If you now how to trade, this is a trustfull company. I have been with them since July 2024 and I have withdrawull 3,000 USD until now, obviously this will depends on your hability, could be more or could be less but its real.

    Signed up seeing NinjaTrader which usually means it’ll support Tradovate. I was wrong. After payment I went to set it all up, and within minutes is saw the mistake.I since everyone else I trade with has Tradovate, I have everything setup CQG.None of this information is immediately accessible on the website. I asked for a refund, since I can’t trade with them, and it was about 5 minutes after the transaction, and they denied it… I always give refunds to my customers for things like this; no clear rhetoric on the website about rules. I had to open a ticket to get information about contacts to trade, and the eval rules What’s more, they want almost $1000 as a setup fee after passing the eval! 😂.Just my experience, and I’m sure I’m going to get a defensive reply but, over the years, this is one of my first experiences with a prop firm.
