My first experience for this brokerage, I used a card I am an authorized user on to sign up for the account. It went poorly, and I moved on. Eventually, recently, I end up passing an account and passing to BluLive, their simulation platform for trading futures which I swiftly passed, making $2,000. Upon the submittal of my review documents- they claim the brokerage denied my identity verification because of this: my billing id from the very first time I ever used the website was saved as my permanent contact info with ZERO notice on my end and no way of changing it.So obviously I don’t notice this and as I’m about to blissfully pass into the brokerage I get declined. I inquire about why and they start naming fraud flags- that I used another card to sign up for the account (I used my own for that one, literally just the first two did I use another card) – and I’m confused. I’m a U.S. citizen, above 18, check all the boxes and the fact that on their backend, my first name was different than my first name on my front end. So that was the problem signing up for the brokerage.I get a call from the owner where he’s very cool, trying to get the facts and claiming that he’ll get my refund sorted “tomorrow” as of 10/01/2024. 10/03 comes and I send an inquiry to support, surprise surprise, the guy changes my mind and decides to block me from the platform any deny all platforms on the basis of “…”. I’m not joking, when they have a dispute they know they’ve lost the quote “…” as their business policy like they’re not gonna tell you. There’s little bright side in using this website whatsoever for the average person, even less so now that I understand they simply exist to scam a portion of their user base and not to fund profitable traders. They do not pay users their blulive balance, or at least did not pay me mine. I provided every compliance step, I provided method of id, and they quote 10 citations from their website mostly saying how I’m waiving my rights just by using the platform. L M A O. I currently plan on suing for every dollar I’ve ever lost to this scam because they know how much effort it is to file a lawsuit in another state, but luckily for me, I am aware of the state of consumer protections in Florida. I’m absolutely fascinated how this company plans on doing damage control about this review, I have audio proof of the owner offering to pay me to avoid a lawsuit (which apparently he changed his mind on) and text proof of how little the support staff actually know what’s going on or their own ads.

The two things I like the most about Blusky is their no setup fee and no minimum days to trade before payout. The 8 minimum days to pass their evaluations seems too long for me hence the 5 star. In my opinion they’re the best.

Blue sky is the best futures trading platform I have ever experienced. We are not like the others that get you in take your money and then come with some excuse not assist you. You send them a live chat during their hours they will respond to your immediately or within the hour and then the best piece of it all is their discord the live access to master Mike’s training. Now if now if you think you know what you’re doing you might but you might not know as much as Mr Mike and that’s worth the price alone throughout all the courses I’ve paid for so my recommendation just get in on a basic account or go higher if you want a challenge and listen to Mike! Once you are in, you’re in to the best trading group ever.

BluSky is unique that you can get payouts when funded the same day after trading, not like other props during this year where you are forced to trade 10 days to get paid, and then anything can happen within that 10 days and there is a chance to loose the amount made or loose the acct. In that case, I dont see trading to be worth it. But with BluSky, i get my reward each day, which motivates me to do well and improve. Not cry in my pillow because of some other props rules where i made all this $ and at the 8th or 9th day, the market went psycho on me, and i loose everything and dont get paid, have to start over, and it takes me about a week of depression to even think i want to trade again. The Mortgage company dont want to hear that and dont care. But BluSky cares. Thank You

Ever since the recent changes within the staff and the company, everything has gone downhill. One of the staff members and discord moderator, Cowboy – has no respect for anyone and will curse you out to no end if you bring the smallest of issues to attention. Another female staff member, who is supposedly the manager of customer support and relations ((Fe).and whom has already been reviewed here multiple times by other members), insulted me, disrespected me and spoke down to me like I was less than her for asking questions. This same “manager” was also known to have been fired and rehired for violating policies. Support is non-existent and they all treat you like a number or a statistic.DO NOT believe all the false reviews here. They are either FAKE or incentivized. They offer a chance to win an account if you post a “positive” review here – WHICH IS AGAINST TRUSTPILOT RULES.It doesn’t matter if you trade “live” funds or they move you to a brokerage. What matters is being eligible for payouts as quickly and efficiently possible. It took my account OVER a week to move to brokerage. In addition, after I moved to the brokerage, I raised some issues and problems I was experiencing to the support staff and they basically told me off and said their hands were tied and couldn’t provide any solutions whatsoever. In contrast, I still have accounts at TopStep and the move to funded happened the same day the market closed – the SAME day. Which then allowed me to start making profits for payout the very next day.Yes, the initial cost up-front may be cheaper here. But you’ll end up with a lot more headaches, non-existent and disrespectful support, and a support staff that talks and looks at you as a dollar sign.I would highly suggest paying the extra $50 or so to be with a real prop firm that actually cares. You have been warned.Also, they keep trying to flag and remove any reviews here that aren’t five stars. Go figure.EDIT RESPONSE: Everything is valid and verified. To be completely transparent I had a terrible experience with Fast Track Trading and I am skeptical of many of the prop firms out there. Although it hardly took anytime at all, I was very impatient and Rich and Justin were very respectful and still able to make sure my needs and concerns were met. The entire team including the owner Mike been impeccable with their response time and ability to respond to any questions that I have had. I love this Prop Firm! Customer service is outstanding if you send in a support ticket it’s answered within an hour or so. The owner Mike trades live everyday and his Levels are bang on! When you pass the evaluation you’re put in a live funded account with real money and can withdrawal as much as you’ve made with no restrictions. I give them a 5 star review!!

I initially passed Blulive on a Thursday. I had many questions, and Rich made sure all my concerns were addressed. To be completely transparent I had a terrible experience with Fast Track Trading and I am skeptical of many of the prop firms out there. Although it hardly took anytime at all, I was very impatient and Rich and Justin were very respectful and still able to make sure my needs and concerns were met. The entire team including the owner Mike been impeccable with their response time and ability to respond to any questions that I have had. This is a company that is integral and worth putting the investment toward a funded account. Today is Tuesday and I’m excited to report I am applying for my live brokerage. Clear rules from eval to brokerage, passed 2 accounts no consistency in brokerage or min days traded, can have daily payouts. All for less than opening your own brokerage account. Talk about minimizing risk on our end!Support is fast, they have a live trading room where they actually help and like to see us trader grow. The best parts are no activation fee once passed, daily payouts, no min days traded/ consistency to adhere to in funded. As long as you don’t break any CME rules you can do whatever.

In a word, JUSTIN is an awesome customer service person and knows a lot about the BluSky application. He spent TIME with me, step by step, making sure I knew how to navigate through the site among other key items like how to get all the items needed to start my evaluation. This was my first time having an account with BluSky (strongly recommended by my son). Given this was my first time with BluSky, Justin took time to ensure that all my questions were thoroughly answered and left me with diagrams and earmarks that depicted the answers I was looking for. Once Justin demonstrated how simple and resourceful the website really was, it made it easier to navigate.
