With the many futures prop firms out there these days, I wanted one with fantastic customer service, fair rules for the evaluation, trading freedom once funded, excellent withdrawal policies, and finally, one that funds with real money and has a vested interest in seeing its traders succeed. If you are looking for a funded trading company, BluSky should be at the very top of your list. They do not play games, and they are straight forward. Excellent communication and customer support. They are easily accessible and user friendly. The arrangement with traders is extremely fair with an ability to pass the evaluation and get funded with a real trading account in a short amount of time. After trading for Blusky for several months, I’ve actively been trying to pass their evaluation accounts according to their systematic rules. I’ve already been paid out once when I first got funded. They have excellent staff and moderators who can help you with your account and go through the steps of maintaining it. Payouts are fast and can be executed anytime throughout the week. There’s also a broker you could call for account checkups and other Rithmic-related issues/concerns one might have. Besides that, I would remarkably recommend trading with this firm.

Terrible experience I wanted to join but had a few question that needed to be clarified so I went onto the live chat. Well all was good but they seem to contradict themselves as for 1. They do NOT start you on a LIVE account as described( which is false marketing in my mind) 2. When I got annoyed waiting for a reply on the chat which took Best part of 30mins I called them scammers and he ( Josh) didn’t like. I then replied that I’m glad it has happened now and not after I joined..and he replies they don’t like rude customers lol… I was never rude to him I just said they were scammer the he took that as me being rude.. if I was a genuine company I would at the very least try to convince the customer that they were really busy and couldn’t get to me, instead he calls me RUDE.It funny how the great reviews here saying unlike other firms they provide live accounts from day one like they advertise. Which they DONT. Well I presume most people who want to trade would have some kind of due diligence and not fall for something which it clearly isntIn response to your reply….Any legit company wouldn’t want bad review understandably, however how they respond is the telling sign of what and whom they are. Instead of stating the obvious and apologising they have gone through length to discredit my honest opinion. I just bought an evaluation 30 minutes ago. I have been eyeing them since they started and finally pulled the trigger. i had issues with the setup process with my personal platform and panicked a bit but the team was there every step of the way and sorted it out before the end of the trading day. will update this post next week after a week to give more information but so far looks like i am in a good environment.

I think BluSky has a good business model & see potential for it in the future. They are a little pricier than some of their competitors but do make it up for it in payout time frames etc if you can pass the eval & get funded. They are also one of the few who put you in a live account right away which is why they have some stricter eval rules. One thing I would consider evaluating is the $1k drawdown which fails the eval if you meet it. I do not agree with that as many times you can be down $1k on a day & then bounce back with some solid setups later on in the week. I believe that the trader should have the leeway to trade as they see fit especially when paying 4-5X more for one of their evals. The $1k drawdown got me & it is my fault for not reading the rules correctly but I was under the impression that the $1k drawdown was just for the day but would still be able to trade tomorrow or the day after until i met my max drawdown. Lesson learned & I take full responsibility for that as it is on me & not them. Over all I may try it again at a later date if they make some adjustments or offer an account with just max drawdown as i don’t like being out over $100 in one day for meeting daily max loss. FYI i am funded from other competitors.

After reading the rules for Apex, Elite, TickTick, I decided to start my first prop firm challenge with Blusky because the funded rule the simplest –> there’s a static amount that cannot be breached. No more fees for funded account, no time limit to reach profit target, no trailing threshold, no profit consistency rule. Since I am a part time trader, this set of funded rule suits me the best. The Discord community is vibrant, and since this is my first prop firm challenge, I had plenty of questions. Josh and Asher answered every question I had patiently and promptly. Since I am part time I always had questions during weekends and they were answered promptly! Thank you! There’s also a live stream daily given by Mike to help traders get an overview of the market. There are better options out there. They make you pay professional data fees once sending you to live account. Plus have daily loss limit that is stricter than others. Go for Apextraderfunding instead.Answer to your reply,There is no point of putting us in a live account and make us pay professional fee($120 per exchange). Apex give us payouts no matter if it’s a sim or live account. No daily loss on evals or funded. The withdraw rules are not a disadvantage but designed to protect funded account, because they make money from funded traders unlike others who make money from eval fees.Just change your rules and keep up with the competition and you will attract customers as well. I have tried them all, yes all, and these people offer added value difficult to find somewhere else, to mention, free classes, free live trading rooms, fewer rules to pass evaluations, etc. Yes, they want you to make money and help you on the way.

Update on Blusky. It’s improving fast. Removing even consistency rule and minimum trading days. I can literatly right now pass an eval and get paid the next day. Absolute perfection. I love the fact that they do not have funding fees. The evaluation fees are low. They do have a daily drawdown limit that you have to keep an eye on. I have two $50 evaluation accounts that are close to being funded.Updated my two accounts are currently funded.

I am quite pleased with BluSky.I was against funding firms as their rules are a recipe for failure – i thoughtBluSky rules are not the easiest but actually a reflect on what consistently winning trading is and there are no hidden traps!It is not easy, they dont state it is.Their customer service is actually surprisingly good. You want to ask anything, you have multiple ways to do it and easy. Answer comes in a short notice.They also have a Discord server with a community.They have live trading sessions, too.They are also flexible, for example i asked if i could use my own market data so i dont have to pay for it two times, the answer was yes..(Experienced trader here, also passed the evaluation without a losing day)Recommended!

There are better options out there. They make you pay professional data fees once sending you to live account. Plus have daily loss limit that is stricter than others. Go for Apextraderfunding instead.Answer to your reply,There is no point of putting us in a live account and make us pay professional fee($120 per exchange). Apex give us payouts no matter if it’s a sim or live account. No daily loss on evals or funded. The withdraw rules are not a disadvantage but designed to protect funded account, because they make money from funded traders unlike others who make money from eval fees.Just change your rules and keep up with the competition and you will attract customers as well. Phenomenal team to assist you in your trading career. Mike, Co owner and head of their discord is a top notch trader and individual. You can just tell by the things he says that he is a trader and not some salesman trying to sell accounts and resets. His presence in the Free discord is unlike anything I’ve ever been around in 24 yrs of trading, he takes the time out even after trading hours to help anyone that wants to learn. Seriously I kept waiting for the sales pitch…but it never came. Josh in customer service is always available to quickly answer your questions during and after regular trading hours. You get the feeling that they honestly want you to succeed as a trader, which makes sense because everyone benefits if you are successful!
