stf or “straight to funded” has been gaining popularity as an offering for prop firms, the idea is instead of a one or two stage evaluation account where you prove your worth and spend time trying to make a profit target without hitting the drawdown, why not skip the evaluation phase entirely and for an extra fee have an account that is eligible for payouts. The prop firms that have been tagged this way all have some kind of offering like this. Be ware however that many of them are still sim accounts and you actually aren’t in an actual live account at the exchange. There is also a lot of very creative accounting and fine print from some of these firms.
