Not sure about the location of this prop, their description says Japan but their trustpilot says this:

Their reviews are not bad though. Fintokei also does a monthly trading contest which you pay a flat fee for, and the top 3 can win prizes and an eval account, but if you don't win, you are out the contest fee and don't get an eval account. They also have standard evals like most companies do.
